The Curators were privileged to be asked to source a bespoke exhibition to accompany the launch of Purple, whose mission is to transform thinking and change the conversation to support businesses and disabled people, creating sustainable solutions for the benefit of society.
The day started early, with Purple opening the London Stock Exchange, and ended late, with speeches and refreshments at law firm CMS Cameron McKenna, in the heart of London UK.
The Curators brief, was to ‘Change the Conversation on Disability’ with a pop up exhibition.
Partially sighted artists Rachel Gadsden and Fae Kilburn provided 9 startling pieces of mixed media artwork which were complimented by a sequence of iconic portraits of celebrities who have overcome disabilities and disorders, photographed by world renowned photographers.
Purple aim to help more than 20,000 disabled people to find permanent jobs, providing the largest recruitment agency of its type to help both disabled people and businesses flourish.
